The Division of Mental Health and Addiction's mission in developing
this site is to improve public access to information useful for
monitoring change in the level of community harm associated with
substance use problems in each of the 92 Indiana counties. This is
part of a larger goal of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration to assess treatment and prevention need.
